18 May 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm EDT

From PhD to Pivot is a workshop designed by Dr. Jen Polk for current graduate students and postdoctoral fellows affiliated with the Critical Digital Humanities Initiative (CDHI) at the University of Toronto.

Learning outcomes for the workshop and accompanying homework include:
1. Exploring negative assumptions and other beliefs that can gum up your job search
2. Clarifying what’s important to you in your career going forward
3. Identifying career options that align with your goals, needs, and priorities
4. Developing a job search strategy that makes sense for who you are and where you’re headed
